Mike Kleba

Mike Kleba is a high school English and Theatre teacher. He's a founding partner of the nation's first teacher-led leadership agency Leaders Don't Lead and the co-author of the irresistible leadership book "Otherful: How to Change the World (and Your School) Through Others."

Interested in pushing boundaries, he's run the NYC Marathon, gone hang-gliding in Brazil, bungee jumping in New Zealand, and has climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.
