Eva-Marie Ayala

Eva-Marie Ayala is editor of the Education Lab for The Dallas Morning News where she has covered issues such mental health needs, inequities in access and achievement gaps in education across the local, state and national landscape. Ayala is vice president (journalists) for the Education Writers Association where she mentors others on how to cover the schools beat. She previously covered education for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
