In our session, aiEDU's education team will lead participants through a collaborative workshop focused on developing curricula, instructional practices, and educational spaces that empower LGBTQ students. In pursuit of that goal, we will focus on three intersecting focus areas: creating safe environments, building visibility and relevance into content, and best practices for encouraging students' self-expression. Attendees will leave with strategies for supporting the LGBTQ students they reach.
