Continuous Improvement: A Tool to Pursue Equity
After digging into data, leaders at Ellis Elementary in Arlington ISD realized less than one-third of Black and Hispanic students were reading on grade level. By inspiring teachers to shift their mindsets and collaborating on best practices and lesson planning, Ellis students were able to make significant progress in reading despite pandemic challenges.
