States have an opportunity to improve their early childhood education systems to ensure all families can access a high-quality seat for their child. This begins by empowering one strong statewide leader to oversee all things early childhood. This session will bring together government leaders and early childhood experts to explore approaches to early childhood oversight and case studies for success, as well as to discuss what actions should be prioritized after leadership is unified.
