What happens when the domains of early childhood, workforce development, and community college work together to help remove systemic barriers the Latino community often faces? Jointly using their combined resources to expose families to ongoing education opportunities, we can support their growth, dreams, and ultimately, economic future. The El Paso Two-Generation Ecosystem of Opportunity pilot, launched in 2021 and was developed with our colleagues at the University of Texas at El Paso.
