Working along "Nuevo Leon Zero Hunger´s Food Processing Plant", this session promises an insightful learning experience. Based with the UN’s 17 SDG’s and the need to repurpose donated food at the food processing plant. These donations are still edible but not visually appealing, so what’s innovative about this session is how students can develop a high nutritional or hypercaloric food product from what’s considered food waste.
