Student Voice & Inclusion in K-12 Schools
Recording:
Student Voice & Inclusion in K-12 Schools, Date TBA
Let's talk individual education plans (IEPs), 504 plans, and multi-lingual learning plans (MLPs, as we call them) in our schools. How have we have historically involved students in - or, left them out of - the creation and updating of their own learning plans? Educators know that student self-advocacy and inclusion are best practices, but it can feel impossible to meet those standards within the bounds of our schools. We'll talk through how to implement, and keep, student voice in classrooms.
