Parents are foundational partners in education. They understand what motivates their child, their strengths & challenges, & what their needs are to succeed in school. Often, they don't engage because of a lack of knowledge about the education system, unsure of available resources, or how to interact with teachers & administrators effectively.
Yet parents are THE liaison between the child & school. We will discuss strategies to empower parents to become partners in their child's education.
