Catalyze exists to jumpstart innovations in the field of career-connected learning. We work to ensure learners ages 11-22 have access to transformative experiences that allow them to discover their aptitudes and purpose, ultimately leading to rewarding careers. To date, Catalyze has positively impacted more than 23,000 students and distributed $10 million in grants to 40 organizations. The Catalyze grantee community showcases an explicit focus on serving historically underserved learners.
