Andrea Gore

Dr. Andrea Gore is Professor and Vacek Chair in Pharmacology at the University of Texas at Austin. She is an NIH-funded neuroscientist with an active research laboratory focused on effects of environmental chemicals on brain development. At UT-Austin, Dr. Gore is the 2021-2022 Chair of the Faculty Council’s Committee of Counsel on Academic Freedom and Responsibility (CCAFR), and was previously Chair of UT’s Faculty Council from 2015-2016.
