Joanna Grama
Joanna Grama is a vice president and the information security practice leader at Vantage Technology Consulting Group. In 2021 she served as a senior fellow at the Future of Privacy Forum working on the youth and education privacy team.
Joanna has more than 20 years of experience with a strong focus in law, higher education, information security, and data privacy. A true nerd, Joanna considers writing an information security or privacy policy to be a fun and enjoyable activity. She is a prolific author and frequent public speaker on information security and privacy issues. The third edition of her textbook, LEGAL ISSUES IN INFORMATION SECURITY, was published in early 2021.
Joanna is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law (JD) and University of Minnesota (BA). Outside of work, Joanna is the vice president of the Central Indiana ISACA chapter, an information security mentor for WiCyS and the Executive Women's Forum, and on the board of directors for both the Lafayette Flute Choir and Lafayette Citizens Band.
