Colin Ackerman (he/him/his) supports CASEL's research-practice partnership agenda through collaborative research engagements with educators and CASEL's partner organizations. Additionally, he serves as a curriculum design reviewer for CASEL's Guide to Effective Social Emotional Learning.
Prior to joining CASEL, Colin earned his Ph.D. in Digital Media Research at University of Colorado, Boulder. Before that, he was an early elementary teacher for Metro Nashville Public Schools.
