Elizabeth LeBlanc
A passionate and innovative educator living and working at high altitude, Elizabeth S. LeBlanc is the Co-founder and CEO of the Institute for Teaching and Leading (i4tl) as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Center for Research and Innovation. She is the founder and project coordinator for the Taos Education Collaborative. Elizabeth gains on-the-ground experience in blended and online learning and innovative education models in her role as the Director for Teaching and Learning at Taos Academy Charter School. Elizabeth has 15 years of experience in the design and implementation of high-quality blended learning programs. With a Master’s in Educational Tech and Curriculum, Elizabeth continues to expand digital educational opportunities, in her own community and beyond. In addition to consulting with districts to improve technology practices and instruction, she volunteers with Little Ripples as an Expert Teacher Adviser, helping cultivate refugee-led preK in eastern Chad.
