Gloria Estrada

Latin Grammy nominated Gloria Estrada is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, arranger, producer, and music instructor. She began playing the guitar at age 14 and was self taught until her studies at Pasadena City College. Estrada later received a B.A. in Music at the University of Southern California where she studied Studio Jazz Guitar. She has been teaching music classes in English and Spanish for 20 years. She has also played and recorded with several groups including Viento Callejero, Finger Dancers, Carla Morrison, Maria Del Pilar, Las Cafeteras, and La Santa Cecilia. Her music can be heard on film and tv shows, most notably Entourage and Weeds. Gloria has also provided instruction and support to K-12 music teachers on "Modern Band Music" curriculum for various school districts in L.A. County (LAUSD, PUSD, Charter Schools) and Orange County.
