Sally Matsuishi

am an experienced executive director and educator dedicated to social justice. I have spent 15+ years serving as a nonprofit executive in the areas of education, social services, college access and retention, teacher training, and admissions. I have dedicated my career to mentoring and uplifting countless students and professionals of color. I also have a track record with strategic planning; growth management; fundraising; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; innovative program development; and partnership building. My heart lies in the San Francisco Bay Area where I draw upon generations of activists to nurture the potential of communities committed to change.
