Lisette designed and launched Beyond Differences' The National Innovative Educators cohort, a year-round online professional development program for 5th-8th grade educators, administrators, counselors, and community partners. The professional development program expands educators’ knowledge base and available tools to support their students’ social-emotional learning, agency, identity, belonging, and mental health and wellness.
