Kristania De Leon

Kristania De Leon has worked with a range of mission-driven organizations addressing social determinants of health and justice. Her work has focused on public policy, advocacy, community leadership, and organizational development. She currently serves as Co-Executive Director with the Participatory Budgeting Project working alongside a wonderful team and partners to expand participatory decision-making across the US and Canada that is equitable, accessible and significant.
