Kai-lee Berke

Kai-leé Berke is a co-founder of Noni Educational Solutions—an ed tech company dedicated to scaling best practices in relationship-centered, trauma-sensitive teaching. She and her partner started Noni after recognizing an urgent need for the development of resources and guidance to help teachers support children in their classrooms who have been negatively impacted by trauma and ACEs. Prior to founding Noni, Kai-leé served as the CEO of Teaching Strategies and is the current Vice-Chair of the Teaching Strategies Board of Directors. She is a nationally known early childhood expert and an author and creator of numerous widely-used early education classroom solutions.

Her interest in relationships as the foundation for all successful early learning is rooted in her extensive experience as an educator and administrator in infant/toddler, preschool, and kindergarten classrooms.
