CJ Niehoff has been an executive producer and director for 25 years, managing script to
screen production projects in TV and film as well as corporate projects in emerging tech and
development. He is an established leader in virtual learning and digital media and has devoted
the past decade to using those skills to improving the process transition for veterans making
the shift from military service to civilian life. Niehoff is the Executive Director of Transition Skills
Training, a national 501c3 nonprofit that leverages technology and education programming
to provide low-cost access to skills training and support resources for veterans and their
families. Niehoff is a co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of tech education and research
firm, Distance Learning Media. The company launched a veteran-focused division under his
leadership called Skills After Service. CJ studied Communications at Kent State University, has
overseen major projects in sports marketing and tourism.
