CJ Niehoff
CJ Niehoff is a recognized leader in workforce development and 20+ years of experience in ed-tech, media production, and continuing education with a particular focus on veterans who are transitioning to civilian life after military service. He serves as Director of Transition Skills Training, a 501c3 nonprofit that provides entrepreneurial coaching, job skills training, access to technology, and research for veterans and their families. CJ is also Co-Founder and COO for Distance Learning Media, LLC an education technology firm based in Austin, Texas that provides live, virtual, and on-demand programming for K12, higher learning institutions, and adult learners. Niehoff successfully launched a veteran-focused division of DLM called Skills After Service in 2017. He is also a touring musician, singer/songwriter. He says, “What we do all comes down to helping people - especially veterans - with their journey to a better life and a more positive work experience, with a variety of options for growth”.
