Lucy Podmore

Lucy Podmore has served as a school librarian for 14 years, recently completing her fifth year as high school librarian for Clark High School in Northside ISD in San Antonio. Since beginning her library career, a large focus has been utilizing technology to improve instruction and increase student interaction with library resources and programming. Lucy has presented at various district, state and international conferences on library tools and roles, including the annual conferences of ISTE, TCEA, and TLA . She was named as Clark High School’s Educator of the Year in 2018, Hector P. Garcia Middle School Educator of the Year in 2010, and TCEA’s Library Media Specialist of the Year for 2014-15.
