Jessica Washington

Jessica Washington joined Usher's New Look in 2017 as Director of Financial Literacy. She is responsible for developing and implementing curriculum that will promote education and understanding of various financial areas including topics related to managing personal finances, post-secondary education funding and entrepreneurship. Before joining UNL, Jessica served as Youth Program Manager for Operation HOPE, Inc. where she mentored more than 50 student start-up companies and empowered more than 18,000 youth across the Southeast with financial education.

Jessica holds certifications in Financial Literacy Education (CFEI), Entrepreneur Center Management (InBIA), and Strategyzer. In addition to her Accounting degree, she obtained a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Georgia State University. Jessica is committed to providing economic mobility through educating youth with her wealth-driven model curriculum.
