Cassie Pustilnik
Cassie Pustilnik is the executive director of Youth Research Inc., the not-for-profit sister organization of the New York Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, a Master of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University, a Masters in Social Service, and a Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute Certificate for Executive Leaders from Bryn Mawr College. Ms. Pustilnik has sixteen years of philanthropic, programmatic, development, and management experience for nonprofit organizations and foundations. Before joining YRI in September 2019, Ms. Pustilnik worked with the People’s Emergency Center in Philadelphia as Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations and later as the Director of Emergency and Transitional Housing.
Youth Research Inc. (YRI) was established to be a responsive research, program, and policy organization that enables OCFS and its partners to enhance program and service provisions. This allows YRI and partners to serve as national leaders in innovation, collaboration, research, and excellence in building an understanding of the intricacies and complexities of working with children, families, and adults.
