Alicia Rose

As deputy CEO—strategic initiatives of Deloitte, Alicia Rose oversees priority initiatives and special projects, including leadership of Deloitte’s strategy as a purpose-driven enterprise to amplify the collective impact on our people, clients, and communities. She is a member of the US Executive Committee, and as a partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP, Alicia serves as a global lead client service partner where she oversees the delivery of all services to a global financial services company.
Alicia has served in several leadership roles, including client leadership leader, Deloitte & Touche LLP board member, and member of the Risk and Financial Advisory Executive Committee. She has spent more than 25 years with Deloitte helping clients solve complex strategic, operational, and risk related challenges and empowering and developing client leaders and account teams. Alicia is a graduate of Smith College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
