Jordan Davis is the Senior Director of Talent and School Leader Development for the KIPP Foundation. She leads a team that partners with regions to create regional systems of leadership development and implement the KIPP Principal-in-Residence program. Jordan also leads the development of a comprehensive people model framework that will support KIPP regions to meet their student outcome and growth goals, while centering equity and anti-racism in talent practices.
Prior to joining KIPP, Jordan’s career included time in the classroom, both as a middle school Science teacher in Phoenix, Arizona and as a founding teacher and Head of English for the African Leadership Academy (ALA), a secondary school in Johannesburg, South Africa. She has also worked in admissions, curriculum design, teacher training and development in South Africa, Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
