Thayid Wilson

Thayid is a recent graduate of One Bright Ray Community High School in North Philadelphia. Often feeling excluded in the mainstream education system, he was inspired by his high school teacher Carlos Aponte and became an active intern then staff member at their co-created nonprofit, We Love Philly. Thayid loves creating video and social media content to promote how We Love Philly empowers students to learn right in their communities.
