Regina Hardatt

Regina Hardatt is a life-long learner, educator, and thought partner with more than 15 years in both the informal and formal education sector. She believes that through compassion and empathy, individuals and institutions can bridge differences and take actions to create a more just world.

Drawing upon her multi-ethnic identities, and her experiences growing up in New York City, her skills to actively observe and understand were shaped. She understands that identity development and holding space for others and their stories is necessary to facilitate inclusive and equitable environments. Regina offers ways for individuals to grow personally and professionally in and outside of the classroom through workshop facilitation, coaching and conversation. She truly believes in the power of individuals and institutions to increase their capacity to think openly and act respectfully, creating a strong foundation for all to move forward, together.
