Benjamin Leos

Benjamin Leos is the Executive Director of Personalized Learning and Enrichment. In July 2020, he joined the FWISD Office of Innovation Leadership Team. Prior to joining the Innovation Leadership Team, Benjamin Leos was an Executive Director of School Leadership in FWISD with the Department of Secondary Schools. With more than 19 years of education experience, Benjamin has worked on several valuable projects, including a school turnaround as the campus principal, growing and leading the district’s first ECHS, Marine Creek Collegiate High School and most recently, the redesign of the district’s discipline alternative education program.

He holds a bachelors in Arts and Sciences from Texas Tech University and a Master’s degree from Texas Woman’s University.

While leading and coaching is his primary job function by day, in his spare time, he enjoys traveling, live music venues, and following his kids as they compete in competitive soccer, baseball, kickball and football.
