Libby Otto is a learning design specialist focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion professional development and global events training for Rotary International. She is a former 8th grade ELA and ELL classroom teacher. Prior to Rotary, she worked at the Anti-Defamation League as their Associate Director of Curriculum and Training tasked with writing a one-semester high school Civics curriculum and professional development that utilized anti-bias frameworks and social justice lenses. In her free time, Libby writes social justice K-12 curriculum for Science with Sophie, a science resource for girls and everyone, and serves as the Senior Pedagogy Consultant for the Institute for Digital Humanity, a think-tank focused on data bias and equitable policy.
