Robin Richardson

Robin N. Richardson, MA, is the Assistant Director of Care Delivery Transformation and Community Engagement at Dell Medical School’s Livestrong Cancer Institutes at the University of Texas at Austin, co-designing, implementing and evaluating supportive care programs with patients, survivors and loved ones. As a co-founder of the Imagination Lab for Clinical Innovation, Robin utilizes human-centered design methodologies to optimize the patient experience and evolve the CaLM Model of Whole-Person Cancer Care in the Cancer Institutes’ integrated outpatient oncology clinic at UT Health Austin (http://bit.ly/ACCC_CaLM). Robin has worked in Texas and Washington, DC for the past 15 years on care delivery transformation, large-scale implementation, and strategic planning.
