Jennifer Buchanan

Jennifer Buchanan leads field learning and development for 600 Sam’s Club locations and supply chain. She is the designer and head of Sam’s Field U, a flow-of-work learning program that provides associates quick and easy access to all things learning. Through Sam’s Field U, Jennifer has launched numerous award-winning programs. Prior to Sam’s Club, Jennifer led The International Ethics, Compliance and Global Anti-Corruption Training and Awareness Team at Walmart International and the Regulatory Compliance Training Program at American Express. She also held training and staff positions at Ramstein Air Base Germany, U.S. Central Command, U.S. Special Operations Command and Department of Veterans Affairs. She is vice chair of the Walmart SERVES associate resource group and learning pillar lead for Walmart Military Programs Governance. Jennifer holds a Masters Degree in Education from University of South Florida and a Bachelors in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University.
