Erika Roach (she/her) is Associate Director of Stanford University's Office for Inclusion, Belonging, and Intergroup Communication and a Diversity and Community Fellow at UC Berkeley. In her role, she teaches courses in intergroup communication and facilitates campus-wide workshops on topics including anti-racism, inclusion, and bias. Erika previously worked at the Stanford Center for Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing. She serves on the boards of Ignite Mental Health and the Certificate in Critical Consciousness and Anti-oppressive Praxis program at Stanford School of Medicine. She is deeply interested in the intersection of identity, belonging, and wellbeing and how this impacts mental health and academic outcomes.
