Pamela Paek
Pamela Paek's work has been to raise awareness about classroom, school, district, state, and federal policies and practices that oppress the most historically underserved students in public education. She has worked in research and development from local to national levels for a wide variety of programs, tools, processes, and products. Dr. Paek works to analyze complex data and create compelling stories that provide actionable insights. Known as a positive troublemaker, Pamela pushes on systems of power to change their work to truly be in support of the best interests and learning for all students. Her methodology includes interrogating how educators can better uncover the invisible to provide insights and solutions that would otherwise not be possible. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Policy, Organization, Measurement, and Evaluation from the University of California, Berkeley.
