As Market President for City Year, Hood drives impact and translates City Year’s strategic vision into strong operational systems that build community and efficiencies for City Year in multiple cities nationwide and at City Year headquarters. She is a member of City Year's Management Executive Committee and Operations Team leading the strategy for 10 of the 29 cities where City Year operates.
