David Soo

David Soo serves as the Vice President of Strategic Engagements at JFF, where he leads important initiatives and oversees the Policy unit. With a focus on external engagement and influence, he plays a key role in events like the Horizons summit. Prior to JFF, Soo worked as a senior policy advisor at the U.S. Department of Education, contributing to the higher education innovation agenda under the Obama administration. He holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from Boston College. He also holds a PhD in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
