Personalized student support is a tool to address learning loss, but it puts pressure on already scarce resources. We now need to harness and expand the opportunity to connect learners with tutors in time to make a difference. When tutoring is paired with instructional resources, it increases a school's capacity to reach all students at different times of the day, in different learning environments, with a variety of teaching and learning styles to support their unique journey.
