Education Access for Incarcerated Learners

Research shows that correctional education programs reduce the rate of recidivism by 43% and increase the rate of employment after release by 13%. Yet, the criminal justice system has continuously failed to provide quality instruction to successfully prepare inmates for life after incarceration.
