Team-Building on the Spectrum: Scrum & Autism

Schools fail to teach students HOW to work in a team. In today's tech-focused workplaces, team-work is the norm rather than the exception. In this short talk, learn how Scrum and Agile processes have led to increasingly successful projects for adults with Autism working on project-based teams. Students of all levels and backgrounds benefit from knowing what it's like to work in a high-performing team. I'll share practical lessons and examples of adapting Scrum for project-based learning.
