Empathy and inclusion in the design process is not always an intuitive step for our young designers. Join ISTI as we explore phase 1 of human centered design and how it looks in action. During this session, ISTC will lead participants through an actual corporate challenge with a specific lens on empathy and supremacy culture. We will review what supremacy barriers often challenge teachers and students and discuss easy antidotes before diving into an empathy mapping and equitable problem solving.
