I want to host a conversation around how we can use the arts as an equity tool in schools, especially when funding for the arts is minimal or non-existent. The arts serve as a meaningful socio-emotional learning tool and instill self-worth, confidence, and empathy. I would love to start the conversation around teachers of any subject using simple arts integration techniques to build more inclusive and more equitable classrooms and communities.
