A former educator herself, Joanna has been featured in Forbes, EdSurge, CBS News, District Administration, Tech & Learning, and CIO Review, providing expertise on boosting attendance, strengthening student engagement, and combining artificial intelligence, proactive nudges, and rigorous research to improve student outcomes. AllHere was recently named the Top EdTech Product of 2020 by District Administration, and has been featured in NPR, The New York Times, The Hechinger Report, and The World Bank blog. Prior to launching AllHere, Joanna managed family engagement, and school improvement initiatives for schools and districts in Boston, Massachusetts and Miami, Florida.
