Ivette Rodriguez
Ivette Rodriguez is President and Founder of AEM, a 23 year old leading Marketing and Communications firm specializing in the US Latino consumer and entertainment. She is considered a trailblazer and thought leader.
She has dedicated her entire career fighting for representation, access and equity for under-served communities and has served on several national advisory boards, including NHMC and CHCI. Ivette is an executive member of the AMPAS Marketing & PR executive branch, co-chairs the A2020 initiative and Student Academy Awards committee for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences.
In response to the political rhetoric that has affected Latinos in the US, she recently co-founded LA Collab alongside Mitu Founder Beatriz Acevedo and LA Mayor Eric Garcetti with a mission to ignite a movement that inspires collaboration, accelerated Latino visibility, authentic representation.
