Tada Vargas is an enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe and Oglala Sioux Tribe descendent. Tada graduated from Oglala Lakota College with an Associate’s in Tribal Law, a Bachelor’s in Natural Science, and a certificate in Lakota Language.
