Jessica Valentine Patterson is a creative, entrepreneur, and strategist. Her mission to help people build momentum by integrating mindfulness practices in their work. As a go-getter and high achiever, she realized the profound potency of mindfulness and meditation.
Her dual career as a cybersecurity professional and yoga teacher have allowed her to anchor her energy and relieve stress by applying the ancient wisdom of yoga and mindfulness to her work.
She is launching a six-week program, Mindful Momentum, in August 2020 for people who feel stuck and want to create a shift for their workplace wellbeing.
She teaches powerful flow vinyasa classes at Wanderlust Yoga Austin.
Her classes focus on creating stability, simplicity, and stillness in the mind, body, and spirit. Jessica Valentine’s yoga path has lead to learning directly from globally renown teachers and pioneers, like Elena Brower, Baron Baptiste, Leah Cullis, Kate Waitzkin, and Nancy Perry.
She has completed Baptiste Yoga week long intensive programs Level 1 and Level 2. She began her love of yoga during a 60 pound weight loss while recovering from an injury from training for the New York City Marathon. She healed and was able to discover the voice of her intuition, develop body positivity, and practice self-love.
When Jessica is not practicing or teaching yoga, she is serving by helping organizations build a holistic cybersecurity program, a career which she has held for nearly a decade.
Whenever she is not working, she recharges by being in nature, enjoying local coffee , being with her partner and puppy, and traveling.
