Gina Martinez

Gina Martinez is a partner in Austin, Texas-based live music event production company BGZ Presents and one of the founders of El Paso’s Neon Desert Music Festival, whose headliners have included J.Cole, Daddy Yankee, Tiesto, and At The Drive In.

Currently she is the VP of Festivals and Operations for hip-hop promoter Scoremore Shows and has festival directed Dreamville Music Festivals, Jmblya Music Festival, Mala Luna Music Festival, and was the Creative Director of Astroworld Music Festival.

She is happily married to teacher and Texas Country musician, Nick Hirsch, and has a curious and creative 2 year old daughter named Luna Grace.
