Brandi works to counsel clients in regulatory and compliance matters including in the complex areas of privacy and cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and investigations, and data breach response. She also advises clients regarding U.S. Department of Education Title IV student financial aid regulations, accrediting agency standards, and state licensure requirements.
