Vickie Curtis

Vickie Curtis is a writer working in film. She wrote the Emmy-winning documentary Chasing Coral and has since worked with educators and impact producers to create curriculum that uses the film as a catalyst for local climate action. The project requires students to exercise research, writing, project management and artistic expression skills. As a former progressive educator herself, Vickie hopes to use film to shift education paradigms towards project-based, student-centered, essential work.
