Kelly Bailey

Kelly R. Bailey is the Director of Strategy, Higher Education at Emsi, where she focuses on innovative products and services related to skills.

Prior to her current position, she consulted with institutions including, Columbia University's School of Professional Studies, served on Pearson's Employability Advisory Board and was the Director of Partnerships and Alliances, Learning & Policy at Burning Glass Technologies.

Kelly has been working with real-time labor market data related to employability for over 13 years and is extremely passionate about career and education pathways for adult, life-long, and non-traditional learners. She has presented on dozens of topics including, skills gaps, economic development, education pathways, and career services.
