Cathy is Assistant Professor of Experiential Learning at Endicott College's Business School. Cathy teaches students how to source and secure three internships, find their career direction and graduate on time. Cathy is the founding Advisor to Endicott's Women in LEADership. Prior to Endicott, Cathy was Associate Director of Babson College’s MBA Career Center. Cathy has 30 years’ experience leading organizations through transformation, accelerated growth and high impact business results.
