Robert Manzer is Co-Founder and Chief Academic Officer of the College Consortium, Inc., an educational technology company whose platform enables inter-college enrollments to support student progress, retention and graduation. Prior to this position, he served as Provost for American Intercontinental University, where he pioneered the implementation of predictive analytics-based personalized learning and adaptive teaching across four program verticals at a large-scale online university. He also founded the United Methodist College Washington Consortium and Capitol Hill Internship Program and served as Vice President for Academic Affairs at St. Edward’s University, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Ohio Northern University, and the Founding Dean of University College at Nebraska Wesleyan University. A political scientist, he holds a Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Chicago, and a B.A. from Carleton College.
